Racial Equity in Public Education
We aim for all students to complete elementary school with the skills they need to thrive, and for high-quality education to be a guaranteed reality for every learner, without exception. We work alongside education departments to strengthen pedagogical, administrative, and leadership management through diagnosis, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of evidence-based education policies.
Diverse Public-Sector Leadership
We collaborate to build high-potential teams and to develop leaders, grounded in racial and gender equity. We engage with professionals from within and beyond the public sector to accelerate change in Brazil through leadership training, strategic management policy implementation, through collaborative networks.
